1. Account Access and Security

To execute background web processing nodes and monitors, users must provision an account. You assert that all tracking criteria, identifying parameters, and configuration inputs supplied during routine operations are accurate and complete. You remain entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your dashboard.

2. Integrated Credit Wallet & Variable Token Billing Framework

The Service operates via a dual subscription and usage-based hybrid micro-billing framework. This dynamic billing structure utilizes an internal in-app storage register termed the "Credit Wallet" or "Balance Ledger".

• Base Subscription Layer: Fixed monthly plans charge a flat fee recurring every thirty (30) days to maintain base account state and dashboard platform runtimes.
• Dynamic Usage Consumption:Automated daily scraping schedules, premium AI lead scoring, and deep intent analysis consume balance vectors dynamically from the user's Credit Wallet.
• Mathematical Cost Formula: Execution charges are calculated dynamically based on input and output token weights processed by underlying Large Language Models (LLMs). The formula is: C = max(1, ⌈ M × (Tin × Rin + Tout × Rout) ⌉), where M (Profit Margin) is set at 5.
• Wallet Refills: Users can replenish their virtual credit balances at any time. To maintain consistency with service plans, the minimum transactional top-up floor is exactly $29.00 USD.
• No Intrinsic Cash Value: Credits constitute non-transferable service performance metrics and cannot be extracted or redeemed for liquid cash.

3. Automated Scraping and AI Intent Analysis

The Platform provides software that runs daily to automate the parsing of public social media metadata. This data is processed via AI analysis to score user intent for the purpose of identifying leads.

You agree not to utilize these automated flows for targeted digital harassment, automated spam generation, or the harvesting of non-public personally identifiable information (PII). The Service reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate the structural integrity of external social endpoints.
