1. Account Access and Security

To execute background subreddit processing nodes and monitors, users must provision an account. You assert that all tracking criteria, identifying parameters, and configuration inputs supplied during routine operations are accurate and complete. You remain entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your dashboard.

2. Integrated Credit Wallet & Hybrid Billing Framework

The Service utilizes a dual-layer billing model consisting of a monthly base subscription fee and a usage-based consumption wallet. All automated tracking operations utilize an internal ledger termed the "Credit Wallet".

• Subscription Layer: Monthly plans (Pro/Business) charge a recurring fee every thirty (30) days. This fee provides access to the platform and includes a specific Monthly Credit Allowance that resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Dynamic Usage Consumption: Daily subreddit monitoring, AI lead scoring, and keyword intent analysis deduct credits in real-time from your wallet. If your balance reaches zero ($0.00), automated monitors will be paused immediately until the wallet is replenished or the next billing cycle begins.
• Mathematical Cost Formula: Logic execution is billed based on processing token weights:
  C = max(1, ceil( M * (Tin * Rin + Tout * Rout) ))
  where the baseline runtime modifier factor is fixed at 5.
• Wallet Top-Ups: Paid subscribers may replenish their wallet via manual top-ups. To maintain transactional integrity, the minimum top-up floor is $10.00 USD. Unlike monthly allowances, manual top-up credits do not expire as long as the account remains active.
• Free Trial Allocation: New accounts receive a one-time, non-replenishable promotional credit of $2.00. Free trial accounts are ineligible for manual wallet top-ups until an active subscription plan is provisioned.
• No Cash Value: Credits are purely functional metrics for service utilization and hold no intrinsic cash value. They are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed.

3. Automated Monitoring and AI Intent Analysis

The Platform provides software that runs daily to automate the analysis of public Reddit metadata, threads, and community posts. This data is processed via AI analysis to score user intent for the purpose of identifying leads.

You agree not to utilize these automated flows for targeted digital harassment, automated spam generation, or the harvesting of non-public personally identifiable information (PII). The Service reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate the structural integrity of external Reddit endpoints or their native developer guidelines.
