Refund Policy

Because our software framework automatically provisions non-recoverable, real-time compute infrastructure and non-refundable third-party AI token allocations immediately upon user invocation, this Refund Policy establishes standard expectations for all digital transactions.
1. Free Trial and Evaluation
We provide a free tier designed to allow potential customers to thoroughly evaluate network ingestion speeds, AI intent classification precision, and dashboard functionality without executing a financial payment. Users are encouraged to utilize this tier to confirm platform compatibility prior to initiating commercial billing.
2. Subscription and Wallet Terms
Once a user advances to a commercial plan or initiates a manual Wallet balance update, the following conditions govern the capital lifecycle:
- Subscription Refund Window: Requests to refund a recurring monthly plan must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the initial charge.
- Wallet Top-up Irrevocability: Manual wallet refills (including the minimum $29.00 top-up) are processed as pre-paid resource access assets. Once approved, these are strictly non-refundable as resources are pre-allocated at the server level.
- No Cash Extraction: Internal credit balances are non-transferable and cannot be re-converted to liquid fiat currencies.
3. Processing and Outages
All financial interactions are managed globally by our authorized Merchant of Record partner, Paddle. Approved refunds can only be issued back to the original funding source used during checkout.
In the event of verified platform-wide infrastructure downtime exceeding a continuous block of twenty-four (24) hours, we may issue pro-rata credit adjustments directly to affected user wallets as internal system runtime credits.
