Privacy Notice
Last Updated: May 25, 2026
This Privacy Notice details how we collect, store, isolate, and safeguard telemetry information and data assets when you utilize our automated intent monitoring interfaces. It complies with global data protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Registration metadata, email addresses, and payment identification tokens forwarded securely by our Merchant of Record partner, Paddle.
- Monitored Intent Data: Unstructured public textual posts, public profile markers, and interaction metrics extracted from open-source social networks as initialized by your custom monitoring configurations.
2. Data Retention and Purging
Account profiles and configuration structures are retained for the lifetime of your active subscription. However, raw text payloads parsed from external social monitors are systematically cached only to optimize analysis and are permanently deleted from our database nodes within thirty (30) days of execution to ensure zero persistent data leakage.
3. AI Subprocessors and Sandboxing
To perform intent scoring, textual parameters are transmitted through secure cloud pipelines to our artificial intelligence subprocessors. These passes are executed under enterprise-grade zero-data-retention sandboxes. Data sent via these interfaces is used exclusively for runtime scoring and is strictly prohibited from being used for secondary machine learning training or model fine-tuning.
4. Statutory Rights
Depending on your location, you possess legal entitlements regarding your data, including the Right to Access, the Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"), and the Right to Data Portability. To execute a full database erasure pass, you may contact our compliance officer via your dashboard interface.
