• Account Data: Registration metadata and email addresses.Note: We do not store or process full credit card numbers; all financial transactions are securely routed through encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party processing gateways.
• Monitored Intent Data: Publicly available posts and comments from Reddit and other social platforms. We only process publicly accessible data that users have chosen to make visible to everyone. We do not access private communities, private messages, or restricted content.

2. Data Retention and Purging

Account profiles and configuration structures are retained for the lifetime of your active subscription. However, raw text payloads parsed from external social monitors are systematically cached only to optimize analysis and are permanently deleted from our database nodes within thirty (30) days of execution to ensure zero persistent data leakage.

3. AI Subprocessors and Sandboxing

To perform intent scoring, textual parameters are transmitted through secure cloud pipelines to our artificial intelligence subprocessors. These passes are executed under enterprise-grade zero-data-retention sandboxes. Data sent via these interfaces is used exclusively for runtime scoring and is strictly prohibited from being used for secondary machine learning training or model fine-tuning.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our platform uses only essential session cookies required for authentication and security. We do not deploy third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics scripts on our marketing site or dashboard. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide a consent mechanism where required by law.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you possess legal entitlements regarding your data, including the Right to Access, the Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"), and the Right to Data Portability. 6. Security Infrastructure

All information transmitted between your interface and our backend nodes is secured via TLS 1.3 encryption. Stored account configuration data is protected using AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to internal database clusters is strictly limited to authorized automated services via isolated VPC environments.
